Early access

Stackhouse is early-access software. Features may change, break, or be removed while we build. We will always tell you before a change affects your data or your clients.

Your account and your data

You keep full ownership of your business data. You are responsible for the accounts and tools you connect and for reviewing anything Stackhouse drafts before it goes out. By design, nothing is sent on your behalf without your approval unless you explicitly enable it.

Acceptable use

Use Stackhouse for your own real estate business, in line with your local laws, your MLS rules, and your brokerage policies. Do not use it to spam, harass, or misrepresent.

No warranty

During early access, Stackhouse is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Confirm dates, figures, and legal documents before you rely on them.
